4x50 on 1 min descend, everyone must descend appropriately to unlock the next set. with every repeat there is an extra 50 fast added to each round (so do it right the first time!)

6x25 with KB- tombstone kicking between yellow markers 1:00

5x25 coffin kicking- (on back, hands up at 90 degrees like Rigor Mortis) :40

1x25 swimming anything except coffin kicking
